Growing real estate management company in New Jersey is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician / Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone with prior hands-on maintenance experience who is eager to continue developing their skills and grow within the company. Ideal candidates should be comfortable handling basic residential maintenance and repair tasks independently while learning more advanced work over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-General property maintenance and repairs
-Drywall repair, spackling, and painting
-Basic electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets, light fixtures)
-Basic plumbing (fixtures, toilets, faucets, shower diverters, minor repairs)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Basic experience in maintenance trades preferred
-Willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of property maintenance
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Must have reliable transportation
