Maintenance Technician – Real Estate Company Mercer County
Growing real estate management company in New Jersey is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician / Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build hands-on experience and grow within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-General property maintenance and repairs
-Drywall repair, spackling, and painting
-Basic electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets, light fixtures)
-Basic plumbing (fixtures, toilets, faucets, shower diverters, minor repairs)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Basic experience in maintenance trades preferred
-Willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of property maintenance
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Must have reliable transportation
