Job Summary
Join our construction team as a vital part of building projects from the ground up and large to small renovations. In this role, an experienced carpenter ,you'll assist skilled tradespeople by performing foundational tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. You will be contributing directly to creating safe, durable, and high-quality structures. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Higher compensation bass on skill set.
Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow
Floor installation, Trim work, light framing
Carry and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment around the job site.
Support skilled workers during various construction tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project
Assist with loading and unloading supplies from trucks or storage areas to ensure timely availability of materials
Drywall, Taping, and Spackling
Painting
Installation of laminate snap and click flooring
Cut and install trim

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations
Able to read plans
Carpentry apprentice/experience
Ability to follow instructions carefully while working under supervision in a team environment and independent
Good communication skills to understand directions and coordinate with team members effectively
Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment; prior experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing project needs
Reliable attendance record with a strong work ethic focused on punctuality and quality workmanship
Valid Driver’s license
Must have your own drywall and carpentry tools.
