We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team, with flexibility to support other projects as needed. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in commercial HVAC systems and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose and service Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Work on Aion units, BARD units, rooftop units, and mini-split systems
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls as needed
Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
Collaborate with site leadership and technical teams
Follow all safety, compliance, and company procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
Strong working knowledge of:
VFDs
Aion HVAC units
BARD units
Rooftop units
Mini-split systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to support other CPH locations when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in industrial or refinery environments
OSHA certification
Controls or automation experience
