Order Fulfillment: Reading incoming order sheets or using scanners to locate, select, and pick products from shelves.
Packing and Staging: Packing items carefully, labeling containers, and moving completed orders to the loading dock for shipping.
Inventory Management: Updating inventory records, counting stock, and reporting low stock or damaged goods.
Equipment Operation: Safely operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, carts, or cherry pickers.
Safety and Maintenance: Keeping aisles clear, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to health and safety regulations
Key Requirements & Skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items, stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.
Accuracy and Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the correct products and quantities are picked.
Efficiency: Ability to work fast to meet high-volume productivity goals.
Technical Skills: Experience with barcode scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and material handling equipment
