Professional Bamboo Landscapers LLC is hiring a full-time landscape laborer for bamboo removal and excavation work throughout New Jersey.
Bamboo removal is a very specialized trade, and we understand that most applicants will not have direct experience with it. Bamboo experience is not required. We provide training and are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals with landscaping, construction, excavation, or general labor experience who are willing to learn.
Pay
• Laborers start at $22/hr.
• Candidates who can tow trailers and competently operate a mini excavator start at $24-$25/hr.
• Raises are available based on performance, reliability, skills, and responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assisting with bamboo removal and excavation projects
• Digging, cleanup, and general site work
• Loading and removing bamboo, roots, and debris
• Using hand tools and working alongside excavation equipment
• Trailer driving and equipment operation based on experience
What We’re Looking For
• Dependable and ready to work each day
• Comfortable performing hands-on outdoor work
• Willing to learn a specialized type of landscaping and excavation work
• Reliable transportation to our Edison shop
• Landscaping, construction, excavation, trailer, or equipment experience is a plus
Equipment Experience
Equipment experience is not required for the general laborer position.
Applicants who can safely tow trailers and operate mini excavators are encouraged to apply and may qualify for higher starting pay.
This remains a hands-on position, and all employees assist with physical work as needed throughout each project.
Schedule
• Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Meet at our Edison shop each morning
• Transportation from the shop to job sites is provided in company vehicles, and travel time is paid
