We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual who thrives in a small team environment, works well under the direction of a manager, and takes pride in getting the job done right. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and contributing to a team’s success, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
• Cutting and removing bamboo rhizome and other debris from the work area. This is done by a wheelbarrow.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Using hand tools such as shovels, pickaxes, and rakes
• Following directions from the manager and carrying out assigned tasks efficiently
• Working closely with teammates to complete projects on time and meet customer expectations
• Assisting with trailer driving and mini excavator operation as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re a small, tight-knit team, and teamwork is crucial to our success and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic – teamwork is essential for success
• A person who does not mind getting dirty.
• A clean driving record (For drivers only, drivers must submit a driving abstract)
• The ability to lift 50 lbs, push wheelbarrows, and handle landscaping tools
• Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus
• Experience with small excavators, tractors, or similar machinery is beneficial
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
