Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support day-to-day operations by coordinating the scheduling and assignment of resources. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient service by managing communication between departments, tracking schedules, and addressing any operational issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support dispatch operations by assisting with scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation
• Perform data entry tasks related to operations, billing, and reporting
• Prepare daily reports and assist in tracking operational metrics
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely service
• Help resolve any issues related to scheduling, deliveries, or service execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Provide customer support as needed
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (fluent in English required; additional languages a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in data entry and basic reporting tools
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or coordination roles is preferred

Shift/Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm (schedule might change depending on business needs)
Starting pay rate/yearly salary: $20.00/hr
