I'm Chris a 43 yr old Italian male. I have a stable job. I can pay 3 months rent in advance upon moving in and signing lease. I'm looking for a studio or 1 BR apartment that includes utilities in New Brunswick, North Brunswick, Edison, South River, Highland Park, or any other the surrounding areas.
