Looking for a Townhouse or Small Ranch House to rent for a period of one year. Divorce is final and need to move. I have a store in Freehold, NJ. and need to stay within a 30 minute drive. Counties may be Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean or nearby. Need to move immediately and can pay either 6-months or 12-months upfront (to be discussed). Please either text, call or email me, whichever you prefer. It is only me. No pets. Too many stairs do not work for me as I have some health issues. I work 7 days a week and am an older person. Want to stay in the $2,000 to $2,700 range. Will consider other pricing.
