Veteran from California with a wife from Manhattan are looking for an apartment in New Jersey in Middlesex, Somerset or Hunterdon Counties.

We do not smoke, are very clean and responsible; and we are young-at-heart professional seniors. We know how to maintain and respect a rental. We can move in Feb 1st 2026. We live with military federal housing assistance and rent must be reasonable.

We require a unit with a bathroom, hard-wood floors, heating and A/C or central air; around 700-750 sq ft with safe parking.
