I do have an eviction due to circumstances beyond my control, I had a family emergency abroad and had to stay longer than expected and had to break my lease.I will be sharing the rent with my mom. We are nice , respectful people, clean, no drugs, quiet, responsible. Looking to get out of hotel and establish permanent housing for my children.
