Hard working journalist needs a basement apartment, one that is dry and has at least a half bath. Fancy not wanted, just the basics. Looking for anywhere in NJ, but prefer the Newark area. Prefer urban environment. Must be at least 500 square feet, and parking. I have no visitors, and do not smoke, drink, or drug. Have a monthly social security check of $1881. (I am 68 years old). No pets.
