Responsibilities:
* Review and accurately dispense prescription medications.
* Counsel patients on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
* Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
* Maintain patient medication records and ensure confidentiality.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
* Administer immunizations and other clinical services as permitted by law.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of medications.
* Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
* Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Active pharmacist license in good standing.
