Job Responsibilities
• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications
• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Enter patient information into pharmacy software
• Handle insurance claims and resolve billing issues
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
• PTCB certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ year pharmacy experience (retail or hospital)
• Experience with pharmacy management systems
• Bilingual is a plus
