Real quiet barn has one open pasture with run in shed plus a dry stall for rough board. There are 3 other horses on property. We share the 14 feedings. We are fortunate that the grass pastures are enough that we don't have to buy hay in the summer. The pasture shares a fence with a gelding. Or if they get along the 2 pastures can be 1 and the horses can be together. All 3 horses are retired due to injury or age so none of us ride. However, the fields are nice enough to to ride in. Allaire State Park and Manasquan Reservoir are only a few minutes away for trailering to.

Board is $300 a month.
