furniture. I have a complete living room set, and two other pieces; a kitchen table and
a pullout twin loveseat. If you are not familiar with TEU furniture you can visit their
web site. Basically it is extremely sturdy, heavy furniture that can endure quite a bit
of abuse. Look at all the pictures.
The living room pieces I have are in pretty good condition (not new). The cushions have
some wear but no rips, fading or stains. It was used in a finished basement in an
entertainment room. The kitchen table was situated in a sunroom and does have some
wear and the pullout loveseat lived in the kids play/spare bed room.
The futon (just throwing this in as extra) on the loveseat is worn but clean. It is
usable the way it is. A new one can be expensive, so you can use it the way it is,
or find a cover that enhances it's looks. You can take this or not.
If you total up the pieces in the living room set alone, when new, the cost is close to $3000.
The loveseat/pullout was over $1000 and the small kitchen table $580. This totals close to
$5000 worth of no worry furniture.
Of course it is not new .... So if you just want the living room set (no loveseat or kitchen
table) I think $1000 is a very fair price. Since the loveseat cushion is worn, if you want that as
well, I would ask another $50, and make it an even $1100. And the kitchen table for $50. I
am not opposed to selling the kitchen table and loveseat separately but want to keep the living
room set together.
The price includes $25 delivery fee within 20 miles of Hopewell / Princeton NJ. Any further than
that would need a discussion. If you prefer to pick it up, we can arrange to meet in a mutually
convenient public location,
