I have a machine to perforate our used cardboard boxes and make them into packing/shipping material. I like to reuse them (they come to us new with a product in them) so I am putting up this listing for other people to benefit as well. I'm sure I'm not really making money, just trying to cover the cost/time of making it so I can reuse the cardboard rather than throw it away.
My standard sheets are around 14" wide by 29" long, but I can do other sizes if you require that. I will sell them as a 15"x14"x14" box full of material ($15) or another way if you prefer.
I can basically make them as tight sheets that you can pull apart by hand (they sort of spring back) or as looser sheets/globs that are probably more effective at protecting more fragile items (first and last picture). The looser sheets are harder to make but less of it fits into a box so it's basically a wash on any price difference.
