Ants built a nest inside of the electronics and burnt out the controller computer. Apparently they don’t sell the electronic part separate so I had to buy a whole new unit .
The motor itself is still good. If you have a good controller and a bad motor you can probably just swap it over. I also have the blank off plate to remove the controller and mount it on a wall or somewhere more convenient than directly on the motor
