Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of line cook experience (fine dining preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Italian and American cuisine techniques
• Ability to work all stations (sauté, grill, pantry, etc.)
• Experience with high-volume service while maintaining quality
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
• Execute menu items with precision and consistency
• Maintain prep levels and station organization
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and chef direction
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food handling at all times
• Assist with prep and closing duties
