Position Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hostess or hospitality experience (upscale restaurant experience preferred)
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Available to work weekends and holidays (required)
Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting guests with professionalism and warmth
• Managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently
• Coordinating with management and service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
• Maintaining accurate wait times and guest communication
• Assisting with guest inquiries and special requests
• Supporting overall front-of-house operations
