Corporate Cafe in Woodbridge is looking for a Full-time cook who is experienced in Italian, American, and Spanish cuisine and soups.
Responsibilities;
Strong leadership to manage the kitchen and communicate with FOH staff to coordinate daily meals
Plan and prepare weekly menus,
Take weekly inventory, to place orders with vendors according to weekly menus
Oversee day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
Communicate with the deli and grill personnel to coordinate food prep for the serving stations,
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
Must be creative
Must be neat, and clean and follow the health dept rules and regulations
Multi-cuisine knowledge is a big plus!!!
