Small World Coffee is an independently owned coffee company based in Princeton, NJ. Since 1993, we’ve built our business around quality, consistency, and creating a space where people genuinely enjoy being.
We operate two busy cafés and a roasting facility where we source and roast our own coffee. Our baristas focus on craft and hospitality, our kitchen produces a mix of made-to-order food, baked goods, grab-and-go items, and specialty beverages, and our roaster supports both our cafés and a growing wholesale and online business.
Behind the scenes, we put a lot of thought into how things work—from workflow and systems to training and teamwork—so that we can deliver a fast, high-quality experience without losing the human side of what we do.
We’re a team that takes the work seriously, but not ourselves, and we’re always looking to improve how we operate while keeping the environment positive and supportive.
