Role Description:
Chef experienced in Asian cooking background is a plus.
This is a full-time and part-time on-site Chef role located in Princeton, NJ.
The Chef will be responsible for cooking Asian recipes, managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
The Chef will also be responsible for ordering supplies, and ensuring the kitchen adheres to all health and food safety regulations.
Asian cuisine experience is a plus:
Chinese Wok cooking
Japanese Teriyaki
Malaysian & Thai recipes
Strong knowledge of food preparation and flavor combinations
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience working menu flavor and recipe development a plus
