Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and efficient food and beverage delivery. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, food safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service and hospitality is preferred. The Server will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining high standards of sanitation and food handling.
Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Menusifu
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and sanitation practices
Assist with food preparation
Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns professionally
Follow all sanitation, health regulations, and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is desirable
Experience in hospitality settings is a plus
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively
