Shir Chai Co is seeking professional, service-driven Servers to support our brunch service. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in hospitality, perform well in a high-paced environment, and understand that exceptional customer service is central to the guest experience.

Service Standards & Expectations
Servers at Shir Chai Co are expected to:
Deliver consistent, attentive, and polished service to every guest
Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor at all times
Prioritize guest needs and satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and efficiently with guests and team members
Work with urgency and accuracy during high-volume periods
Uphold brand standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally
Guide guests through the brunch menu, specials, and beverages
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure timely service
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, escalating when necessary
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Collaborate closely with kitchen and café staff to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service procedures
Qualifications
Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced brunch environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
