We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across all key departments. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work closely with ownership to elevate the guest experience, strengthen team performance, and support continued growth.
What You’ll Own
* Lead daily operations across Front Office and Food & Beverage
* Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams while maintaining exceptional service standards
* Drive revenue growth while managing costs and improving operational efficiency
* Handle guest relations, escalations, and service recovery with professionalism
* Recruit, coach, train, and develop a high-performing team
* Review financials, budgets, labor, and inventory while implementing cost-saving strategies
* Maintain a strong presence on the floor and lead by example
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality or operations management
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with an ownership mentality
* Hands-on leader who is comfortable working side-by-side with the team
* Experience in restaurant, nightlife, banquet, or hospitality operations is a plus
