We are seeking motivated and passionate Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a professional, high-energy kitchen.

What You’ll Do
• Execute multiple stations including Garde Manger, Sauté, Grill, and Fryer
• Prepare and cook dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentations
• Follow standardized recipes and plating techniques
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper food handling at all times
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen leadership to maintain high standards
• Help create a smooth, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
• Previous line cook or culinary experience preferred
• Passion for food, flavor, and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
