Position: Professional Bartender (Part-Time / Full-Time Available)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus tips, based on experience
T54 Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven bartender to join our team.
We are looking for a professional who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and takes pride in their craft.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
* Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
* Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
* Process payments accurately and responsibly
* Work closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth operations
* Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, upscale dining, or high-volume environment
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
* Excellent communication and guest service skills
* Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
* NJ alcohol service certification is a plus
