We are seeking an experienced Pizzeria Manager to oversee daily operations at one or both of our busy restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and the ability to manage high-volume orders, including corporate accounts. Lots of potential for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all daily operations, including takeout and delivery services
-Manage and coordinate corporate client orders and relationships
-Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal performance
-Step into any position as needed - from pizza making to order taking to the Kitchen
-Maintain food quality standards and ensure timely order fulfillment
-Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of supplies
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
-Manage cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting
-Develop strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
-Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure prompt service
Required Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
-Proficiency in all restaurant positions (pizza making, cooking line, prep, phones, register, etc.)
-Hands-on mentality with the ability to work alongside staff in any role
-Proven experience in high-volume food service operations
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Experience with inventory management and cost control
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
-Strong customer service orientation
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills
-Preferred Qualifications
-Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued
-Experience managing corporate accounts or catering orders
-Experience with delivery service management
-Knowledge of the local market
