We are looking to hire a line cook for our hotel.

You would be working in the restaurant kitchen as well as supporting banquets when needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Wash, chop, slice, and portion ingredients according to recipe standards.

Cooking & Plating: Grill, fry, sauté, or bake menu items and present dishes neatly.

Station Management: Stock and set up assigned cooking stations before service.

Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize surfaces, store leftover food properly, and follow health codes.

Teamwork: Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are timely

Possess strong Knife skills

The schedule would be full time 40+ hours a week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1pm-9pm plus 2 days during the week
