For sale is a vintage Heathkit 10-103 Oscilloscope Electrical Tester. I believe this is from the 1960's or 1970's era.
I am not an electronics repair person, so I don't know much about it. It does not seem to power on when plugged in. The red power indicator light doesn't come on and I don't hear any type of noise.
It is sold as is for parts or repair.

- Measures approx. 12" tall x 9-1/2" wide x 16" deep.
- Cosmetic Condition seems good overall, although some of the brown paint is starting to flake off on the top.
