Hello, I am looking for someone to assist me with a meal plan that includes my eating habits along with the foods I eat and don't eat. I'll keep it as simple as I can so that you know what you are signing up for and that we are both on the same page. The goal I have for this plan is to maintain my current weight and or lose weight when needed. Just to give you a little info to help you with the plan, I weigh around 190lbs and workout a few times each and every day. I cross train and burn a lot of calories each day. I compete in competitions which may require me to cut weight from time to time, so I will let you know when the time comes. I can provide you with additional details if it helps. I also like to binge a few days a week as you will see. I definitely would like to include this in the plan with your discretion in between fasting periods. I can fast over 24 hours. Here are the foods I eat and don't eat. I'll start with the foods I don't eat: I don't eat bread. I don't eat fried food. I don't eat pasta at all. I don't drink soda or anything sugary. I like to eat cottage cheese. On my binge days, I will eat a whole large container of cottage cheese. I like ricotta cheese, again this is one of my binge foods. I like trail mix. I like apples, broccoli, grilled chicken, fish, milk so on and so forth. I also like to binge on mint chocolate chip ice cream and peanut butter. Guilty pleasure! Some other sweets include: orange slices and planters peanut butter trail mix. I try not too often, but sometimes once or twice a week. I usually have 2 pints of ice cream and a whole jar of peanut butter, but sometimes I can have more ice cream. The only other thing I can think of that I have daily is maybe a power bar and whey protein 2 times a day, and black coffee.

As far as what I am looking for, I am looking for someone to design me a plan based on my eating habits/behavior. I am very open minded and easy going. You can design the same food each day, at each time, or mix it up, as long as there is fasting periods and the food you include does not require any preparation on my part. The fasting period can be as long as you want and any time. You can include anything you want within the parameters. This is an easy gig. I'm looking to pay $25 per week, but I am willing to negotiate. I will send out the payment via venmo or paypal once I receive the plan for the week. Let's give it a try! Please note: I get a lot of responses, so if I don't respond it is because I have found someone or have gotten overwhelmed. Also, I am not a one person fits all guy, so I may hire more than one person. Thank you!
