Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will:

Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
Work closely with the Credit Department to resolve disputed credit items
Work closely with the warehouse to assure orders are moving as expected through to shipment
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Partner with the Internal teams to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
Handle other duties, as needed

Required Skills

1+ year of prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in a fast paced environment
High School Diploma / GED
Computer savvy
Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, Word, etc.)
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
