Xelero Shoes is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Hillsborough, NJ location. This is a fully in-person position with a primary focus on phone-based customer support and data entry. This role includes support for both our retail locations and direct to consumer contacts as well as contact with our warehouse facility and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and consumers via phone, email and text messages
Professionally handle inquiries regarding technical features of footwear, orders, returns, and general support
Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Process orders and transactions with a high level of accuracy
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality and follow customer service procedures and policies
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
1-2 years customer service experience required in customer support, client services or related field
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, email and Microsoft office applications
Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented and can accurately and efficiently multi-task even on busy days
Willingness to learn technical features of functional footwear to efficiently answer customers and create a positive experience
Position Details:
In-person position based in Hillsborough, NJ
Phone-based customer service, computer based data entry and follow through on all levels from order entry to delievery
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation commensurate with experience
Hourly rate $18-$22/hour
