All items are in excellent condition. Some have never been removed from their boxes. Some appear to have been removed from their boxes, but have never been displayed, as they are in pristine condition. Items are protected by original styrofoam packaging. Boxes have damage and staining; contents are not affected.
Craggy Cove Lighthouse is missing its light.

They follow the listed names of the buildings in descending order from Bluebird Seed and Bulb (Photo 8) to Yankee Jud Bell Casting (Photo 23) and three of the accessories (Photo 24).
