Here are the 5 large Hostess cardboard signs from the 1930's. Some have edge wear and tears, one has a center tear etc. Each sign is 44" X 32". These signs were made to be hung in a store that sold Hostess products way back when. They are made of thick cardboard and wasn't supposed to last over 90 years, these signs were thrown out when the promotion was over. The signs have nice color. All the signs have been preserved with cellophane and a rigid backing for over 20 years. 3 different kinds. You just don't see too much vintage advertising from Hostess. These items are too big and delicate to ship, it must be picked up in East Windsor New Jersey 08520. Original Hostess went out of business a number of years ago. These signs are vintage and very rare. This was purchased at Philip Weiss Auctions in New York many years ago. These are the last of these Hostess signs for sale as well.
