Record Album Store "Slicks" Promo Flat Tiles 295 Total 1980-82 Rock N Roll. Here are almost 300 record album store promotions called Slicks for the top bands and singers from over 40 years ago. These were used in record stores to promote current records that were coming out or were just released. There are no actual records involved. These are made on card stock and are 12 x12 the same size as a record. Some of the artists are: Rolling Stones, Beatles, Adam Ant, John Lennon, Elvis Costello, AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, REO Speedwagon, ELO, Pink Floyd, Bruce Springsteen and many many more. Many have more than one, sometimes 5 or 6. These were used in record stores so, they were usually stapled to a wall or taped to a window. A vast majority were never stapled or taped, all part of this amazing collection. I see that they some can sell for $10 to $20 each including shipping cost and tax. I also am giving away two nice leather holders for these as you can see in the pictures. Back in the day after the album was out and lost it's appeal these would be taken down and thrown away. Here is almost 300 survivors at approx. $1.60 each. More great vintage items on Craigslist. I have other toys and advertising for sale on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace under Dave Zurick. If interested please enter dave rave into the central jersey search bar to see it all. Please ask any questions that you may have via email or text. Unlike Ebay or auctions I charge no tax, shipping charge or buyers premium for Craigslist or Facebook purchases that are picked. Thank you, Dave
