I have a nice running 7.5 motor it has a new carb. it shifts in and out of gear as it should. pumps water fine
The top cowling was all scratched so i painted it looks good. changed the lower unit oil ,it was good no water.
the price is firm.Will not answer emails without a phone # because of scams etc. call me with any questions
