Gravimetric Auger Filler - $7,345 (Lebanon)

This is a custom built food grade Auger-Filler used to fill spice jars and pouches with free-flowing and non-free-flowing powders or seeds (spices, salts, cut herbs, fruit powders, herbal powders, etc.).
This machine is programmable.
-Set the computer to the target amount of powder to add to a jar (can be programmed in grams or ounces).
-Place the jar on the scale.
-Press the foot pedal and the machine does the rest.
It will stop automatically after it delivers the targeted amount of material. You then remove the filled jar, put a new jar, and repeat the cycle. It can be set to deliver from 5 grams to 500 grams of powder. The hopper has a 5 gallon volume and can hold up to 20 lbs. of a heavy powder (such as salt). Power required is 110-120V.

1. Food Grade Stainless Steel Hopper with Auger and Heavy Duty High Torque Bodine Motor mounted on a reinforced framing
2. J-Kem 24V Controller Box & foot pedal
3. Netbook Computer with custom software
4. A&D Top Loader Balance and 4” x 4” Scissor Jack
5. 14”x14” SS Mobile Worktable
