The ladder is a USA made rolling ladder – BRAND TRIARC - that is from base to its top of the railing at the last step up is bit over 16 ft. It’s a 16 step 16 foot rolling ladder more info below.
Looking to sell the lot as a whole. I have the following available the first part is what is assembled and will need to be taken apart.
The second apart is already disassembled and can just be picked up and taken away as is.
I can help disassemble but it will require at least 2 if not 3 people. The rolling ladder can be used to get to the top first be like I mentioned before if you are coming, I would recommend to bring 1-2 people with you so that you are able to get the fixtures disassembled.
The gate is about 16 feet high and the space is mostly cleared out, there are a few wooden pallets that will need to be moved out but for the most part there is nothing that will get in the way of disassembly.
For what is assembled this is what is as follows:
6 sections of pallet racks, which have 22 shelves total 21 of which have plywood shelving that was made for each shelve to cover the base, those are included if you are willing to take everything.
This look very similar to this setup wise, only 4-5 levels up and with plywood with 2x2 underneath for decks/shelving instead of the wire decks they have in the picture. Other than that the set up is identical.

34 orange beams that are 109 inches a bit over 9 feet long each
10 that are gray and measure 8ft long
The steel pallet rack sections are 16 feet tall and have 5/4 levels of these beams,
The Pallet racks themselves, the frames, measure 16 ft tall and are 42 inchs wide or "deep" so each of your shelves will be 8 or 9 feet by 42 inches. to give you an idea of the dims of this set up.

We also have spare beams that measure 104 inches 8 total and we have
19 metal shelves that are 2 feet – 24 inches deep and 4 feet 48 inches wide
Price breakdown:
Steel shelves 200$ takes the whole lot
Beams together spare included, looking at 600$ total for all of them.
Ladder will run 800$
Rack Frames – 6 total 400$
If you buy everything the plywood shelves I will include for free.
Total for the whole lot will run 2000$ I will say and feel free to look this all up as well, this is under market value for each of the parts and you are getting the plywood shelving for free as well. As its not factored in the price and will be included should you buy this lot.

I am firm on the price, I priced everything out a decent bit below market and like I said the plywood shelving is free this is a plug an play set up, not much to do but just assemble and if you want to add on more, you can take the spares and just get a matching rack and add on to it there.
