Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and organize financial records with accuracy and attention to detail
Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks
Review and verify the accuracy of financial and business transactions
Assist with reconciliations and financial reporting
Provide support to the Director of Operations on various projects and operational needs as required
Qualifications
Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
Working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow through on tasks
