About Us:
For the past nine years, we’ve been producing a weekly, two hour soft rock radio program that air nationally on 15 radio stations. Yes, this is a real radio program, it airs on real over the air radio stations. Our company is very small and this is a side project that we do mainly as a labor of love.
What we are looking for:
We are currently seeking writers for our program. You will be supplied with a preselected list of songs for each program (we test our music and this the program is either #1, 2 or 3 with women 25-54, so we are not looking for suggestions on what to play). You either love soft rock from the 80s, or you are a professional and can write good copy for any music format. Since we are a small company and revenues are down, the pay is $25 per script. Please do not respond if this rate is not acceptable, we do not want to waste your time. This is a 1099 contact position.

We are requiring this for two reasons: To see a sample of well how you write and to see if you and follow instructions. If you make the first round, you will be contacted by phone for a phone interview.
Then, you may be asked to write a sample script. You will be supplied a real playlist and you will be paid $25 for your efforts. If we like your work, we will then discuss the next step.
Lastly, we are NOT looking for DJs, voice over artists, producers, music directors, etc, just a writer for or show. Do not send us audio attachments, please.
Prepares proposals and/or requests for proposals/information in accordance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support HealthBridge businesses. These tasks will be accomplished by working as part of a cross-functional team and utilizing several technology systems for day-to-day tasks.
Overall responsibilities include:
Sales Proposal and RFP Creation

Responsibilities: Our medical writers are intimately involved with the creation of publication plans for specific therapies and work closely with top opinion leaders in their respective fields to produce papers for peer-reviewed medical journals, abstracts, posters, and slide presentations. Other writing responsibilities include scientific product monographs, slide kits, conference reports, and patient education materials. The ability to work well in a team-based environment and consistently deliver work on time and thorough knowledge of word processing is essential. Some project management, some travel. Applicants will be given a medical writing test.
Must be self-motivated, focused and have a passion for health and food. All work is done in-house to start. Our interns will work closely with the Marketing Director to help create captivating and fresh content for our site in addition to maintaining our already vast nutrition data.
Summary of Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
• Research the latest trends and studies around food and nutrition.
• Update information on ingredients.
• Create enticing, attention-grabbing marketing creatives (newsletter, blogs, etc.)
• Understands SEO concepts and metrics with a desire to continue education on all the latest techniques.
• Work closely with marketing team to test different ideas/strategies in order to improve search engine optimization and traffic.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Current enrollment in a BA/MA program at an accredited college or university (sophomore standing or above).
• Commitment to a minimum of 3 days a week - PT/FT
• Passion and knowledge about healthy food and wellness
• Writing style must be clean, grammatically correct, and easy to read.
• Detail Oriented
• Self starter “CAN DO” attitude, the ability to manage multiple tasks and under deadline pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Programming background a plus

As a member of the Engineering team, the Documentation Engineer will research, develop, and write content in proposals, printed manuals, Company documentation, and other supporting materials for software, hardware, technical procedures, and technology-related services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop production/quality standards for documentation, and apply same standards to documentation being developed.
Coordinate the layout and organization of documentation for publications, including reviewing and revising previously created documentation.
Organize material and complete writing assignments following standard guidelines for technical publications.
Review current documentation and customer use cases to develop overall strategy for product suite documentation.
Develop and maintain a hierarchical documentation structure that supports DSPCon’s Piranha III product architecture.
Gather and research technical, engineering and development information for use in documentation activities.
Create graphical images, flow charts, and diagrams for inclusion in documentation, and selecting photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
Review, edit, and proofread material written by others.
Develop and execute a plan to add hyper-linking within Company’s documents.
Enter and maintain technical documentation under version control.
Qualifications
BSEE preferred with at least 5 years of technical writing for high-technology products and systems.
Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe PageMaker and Acrobat.
Strong work ethic with flexibility to work to project demands.
Must have excellent spelling, grammar, and typing skills.
Adaptable to changing priorities and pressures, with the ability to work on multiple sub projects simultaneously.

1) Provides support to FAFS and FAFS Foundation to implement fund development plans.
2) Provides administrative support to FAFS Foundation
3) Organizes Special Events as defined by the fund development plans.
4) Writes press releases, brochures, solicitation appeals, and grants. Assists with organizing and implementing public relations plans.
5) Responds to all incoming calls for FAFS Foundation. Provides excellent customer service to all callers and contacts.
6) Performs administrative tasks, including creating and maintaining centralized filing system, data entry, updating database, creating and generating reports.
7) Processes all FAFS Foundation revenue including preparing weekly manual deposits.
8) Researches and solves payment discrepancies and allocates monies to appropriate accounts.
