Our goal is to take the broken teen and re-construct their values, principles and decision making process, through educational and vocational avenues. And by challenging them to become not only men, but men of God. By the renewing of their minds in Jesus Christ.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator, who is knowledgeable in non-profit grants from State and Government Agencies. For the financing of the "Ex-juvenile Offender Program".

Need Volunteers to Clean or Fix Bikes for Kids

First here's what I am trying to do.

I am collecting used bicycles to give for free to foster kids. Because the bikes are used and not new, they will not be Christmas presents or Birthday Presents.

While there are many great foster parents, there are just as many who are only in it for the money. Foster kids are pretty much abandoned and most will never have a simple thing like a bike.

Bikes will be given to kids regardless of sex, race or religion, who are in the foster care program. If the child is moved to a different home and can not take the bike, we will store it for free until they can use it again

We are looking for free bicycles (and bike parts to fix some we have already) of any size to give to foster kids on Make A Difference Day in 2010.

Bikes may be in any condition, especially needed are tubes, tires and cables

Here's where volunteers come in.

Volunteers are needed to help find, pick up and fix bikes. I'd like to have 100 bikes to give to kids this year and if successful, I'd like to try for 200 bikes for next year!

Volunteers are needed who can help clean the bikes up and make them shine

Also needed are people who can do repairs on bikes such as change tires, fix brakes and if you can paint that's great, because some bikes are not in bad shape but are scratched up.

All bikes collected, will be repaired when possible and given to a foster child in need.

bikes in horrible shape will be canibalized for parts to repair other bikes.

no one gets paid a penny, everything goes to the kids.

I currently have about 20 used bikes that I personally bought plus a couple given to me. Some need a good cleaning such as scrubbing the rims with brillo to make them look great while some others need major work. I even have a brand new boys bike that sat outside a few years and was never used, It just needs a good cleaning and brillo on the rims .

If you have some spare time and some skills, you can work in my garage or I can deliver bikes to you, or you can pick up one or more bikes from me and clean them up or do whatever repairs you can whenever you get some time and lets help some of the kids who really have no one to lean on.

The work is easy and enjoyable, no pressure. You help when you have time, do as much as your time allows. Any help is better than no help.

I am looking for work, but do not have a car to get anywhere and don't have anyone here to give me a ride to work. Right now food is limited because I have about $20 to my name per week, sometimes less. I moved back to NJ from Philadelphia back in January and have not been able to get back on my feet.

I have been staying in a room in someone's house, but have not been able to meet the rent requirements and will be kicked out by the end of the month. I don't know what to do anymore. I am stressed and I just am out of ideas. I feel like I am constantly trying to move forward and someone keeps pushing me back. It is frustrating and I am watching all of my potential and opportunities pass me by all the time.

I am a 26 year old white female with a dream of working with animals and children, going back to college and maybe eventually buying a house of my own after my bankruptcy and getting back on my feet for a while. However, it looks like I will be living in my boyfriend's car around the holidays. I know there is a way up from here and that people have made it from where I am now before. I just need to find a way how..

I really don't know what else to say, but if you have any questions for me feel free to ask. I do NOT use drugs or have any addictions that any money offered will be going to. This is purely a plea for my survival.

long story here goes...my mom last year around this time got told she had skin cancer that spread to her liver. She was given 6 months to live, but I have two kids who love her more then life, I wasn't willing to accept that. We took her to Philly and she got into a clinical trial, and basically if her cancer didn't grow or spread, then would operate, well nov 5th they did and removed half or her liver. She spent a week in Philly, and then came home, not even 24 hours home, she slipped and fell and broke her back ( seriously)...i know this sounds crazy. She ended up another week in Philly, then they sent her home. (she had to get stronger) and today she had back surgery. In 2 weeks she is suppost to start phase 2 of the clinical trial up in MA...but things are getting to tight for everyone, so here I am posting a ad....I work 6 days a week. I work saturday until 2 and I am off on sundays. I am a hairdresser. If you or your family members need a cut,color,highlight,ect.I don't do massage only hair.I am very good at what I do...in exchange for a gas card for her, or a gift card for my kids for Christmas...or my daughter who is 7 needs clothes very badly...please consider...you would helping a local family from new jersey, who really needs it. Prostate Cancer-CS35 Open Label Trial Comparing Degarelix 3-Month subcutaneous Injections with a study drug (Newly Diagnosed Patients and Biochemical Failure After LocalizedTherapy)

Patient Inclusion Criteria: Histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate for which endocrine treatment (except for neoadjuvant hormonal therapy) is indicated. (this includes prostatectomy, cryotherapy, or radiotherapy with rising PSA) For patients having undergone these treatments, neoadjuvant hormonal therapy for a maximum of 6 months is accepted. This treatment should have been terminated at least 6 months prior to screening. 18 Years of Age or Older

Patient Exclusion Criteria: Has had previous or is currently under hormone management of prostate cancer, surgical castration. Megace, ketoconazole, finasteride, dutasteride, needs to be stopped prior to screening Severe untreated asthma History of risk factors for ventricular arrhythmias Other cancer within past 5 years Language barrier

A Randomized, Placebo-controlled, Double-Blind, Parallel Design, Phase 3 Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of WC3043 Tablets in Male Subjects with Erectile Dysfunction.

This study is for men 19 years old or older with a history of mild to severe erectile dysfunction (ED) for at least 3 months or longer.

Eligible subjects will be randomly assigned into one of the following four treatment groups: Udenafil 50 mg tablets, Udenafil 100 mg tablets, Udenafil 150 mg tablets or Placebo tablets via oral administration approximately one hour prior to an attempt at sexual intercourse.

Subject's female partner must also be willing to come in for appointments to answer questionnaires.

The duration of this trial is approximately 22 weeks with up to 6 office visits. Both the subject and the partner will be reimbursed $50.00 each per completed visit.

Upon completion of this trial, subjects may enter an open-label, 36-week study where they are guaranteed to be on active medication.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

At least 19 years old (no upper age limit)
History of mild to severe erectile dysfunction (3 months or longer)
Must be in a monogamous, heterosexual relationship for the length of the study
Should agree to make at least 4 attempts at intercourse during the screening period
Must agree not to use any other treatments for ED during the study
Female partner must sign Informed Consent and be willing to come in for appointments with subject and answer questionnaires
Female partner must not be pregnant or lactating

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

Taking nitrate medication in any form
Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1c of greater than or equal to13%)
History of Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy
History of dose-limiting adverse effects during therapy with a PDE5 inhibitor or history of consistent treatment failure with other PDE5 inhibitor medications
Any anatomical deformity of the penis or Peyronie�s Disease
History of Retinitis Pigmentosa
History a recent history of drug abuse (alcohol, marijuana, cocaine or opiates)

Its almost Holiday Time...

I would like to ask all of you who are my friends, clients, and buddy's to help me out with my very first Thanksgiving Food Drive, Christmas Toy/Clothing Drive and Women's Suit/Clothing Drive.

Christmas Food Drive:
I am asking you to drop off canned food, non perishable food items and the like to help needy families have a truly thankful Christmas to me. Please telephone me letting me know you would like to take part in this great idea and help a needy family.

Christmas Toy/Clothing Drive:
Lets see how much we can raise to help needy children from infant-17 years of age have a Merry Christmas. Lets all play secret Santa. Books, Toys, Clothing, School supplies, shoes, sneakers... Whatever you can donate...

Women's Suit/Clothing Drive:
After volunteering with a few Women's Charity's I have come to the conclusion that these women need our help. Some are looking for work and don't have suits and nice clothing. Some just don't have clothing period. I think we together can make a change. Don't throw away your old clothing... Bag it up and drop it off. I will clean it and organize it. And find a home for it.

LOOKING FOR WOMEN TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLINICAL RESEARCH STUDY PROVIDING BIRTH CONTROL IN A TRANSDERMAL PATCH VERSUS A COMPARATOR BIRTH CONTROL PILL.

Need help with a special needs child (North Brunswick, NJ)

We urgently need help with the home therapies for a 4 years old special needs child at @Renaissance community in North Brunswick. Each therapy session is approx. 45 minute long (actual therapy time = 20 min). It would be really helpful if you could volunteer for couple of sessions per week. It is also an opportunity to introduce your children (14+ years) to get involved in volunteering.
