I want to swap my 2-3 bedroom ranch that is in Howell off West Farms RD East for a 1-2 bedroom condo on Central, NJ, East Windsor, Hightstown, Princeton, Howell, Freehold.

My house was a flip house in 2005 and everything is new since 2005.Septic and well water.So NO water or sewer bills. Oil heat, water softener, 2 year old oval above ground pool, central a/c. 2 bedrooms on main floor and fimished basement my son uses as his bedroom, there is a laundry room also in basement but all enclosed, All fenced in yard, near an acre.New paved driveway.

I need either large 1Bedroom maybe w/ a den, or 2 br. Mine worth about $250,000 but will swap for something that is worth less. I have totally well behaved and house broken Dachshunds so they would have to accept dogs.
