I am looking for a home in the South Jersey or Bucks County to swap for my home in Rehoboth Beach. It is a single story, 3 br/2.5 bath, 6 yr old house. It has large living area, stainless steel kitchen, laundry room, 3 season room, 2 car garage, pool in the development and on a cul-de-sac. It is located 2 miles from the beach and 3 miles from the bay.
This is due to a job change, and I do not want to sell it but feel renting would not work. Looking for a home owner who wants to live in RB, but doesn't want to sell their home right now.
