I am allergic to cats and dogs with fur so she is the perfect pet for me. Because of this, having another pet is out of the question. I am very easy going and rarely drink or have many people over. I do not mind if you have people over but I don't want my house to become Grand Central Station. That would not work for me. I tend to be up-front and honest and appreciate that characteristic in others.

WHAT THE RENT INCLUDES: Rent includes your own bedroom and bathroom and use of the 3rd bedroom and full use of the rest of the house. I have Comcast cable w/the works, (HBO, Showtime, Starz) and wireless internet. If you want a cable box/DVR in your room, you would need to pay for that.
