The ------- Account Manager is the primary driver of new business development in local markets. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>

v      Spends a minimum of 80% of time engaging in outside sales activities, such as establishing and developing new client relationships in order to diversify client base and gain market share, assuring that the ------- sales methodology and process is being utilized.<br>

v      Maintains a prospect pipeline sufficient to achieve new business targets.<br>

v      Works directly with Placement Managers in structuring and delivering an effective service delivery model on a client-by-client basis.<br>

v      Manages consultant retention, remarketing and renewals by supervising the consultant practice on a day-to-day basis, maintaining contact with consultants during assignments/projects at client sites to remain aware of project status, gathering feedback from Consultant and client about progress/performance, and resolving consultant issues.<br>

v      May be involved in the counseling and disciplining of consultants or subcontractors, as necessary, after consulting with HR and branch leadership.  <br>

v      Maintains timely and accurate Front Office system records regarding client databases, contacts, call activity and opportunity management.<br>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<br>

Bachelors degree or equivalent plus three to five years experience in technology sales, preferably in an IT consulting environment.  Proven negotiation skills are a must. Responsibilities & Duties:<br>

1.  Provide phone coverage and field general HR questions<br>
2.  Filing personnel, medical and other documentation for the HR department<br>
3.  Collect and distribute interoffice/regular mail to HR department<br>
4.  Assist the HR staff in preparing termination packets and gathering the required info for Exit Interviews<br>
5.  Maintain the department general email and mailbox<br>
6.  Assist HR Assistant ensuring all documention for new hires have been recevied and correct<br>
7.  Make sure office equipment is up and running and well equipped<br>
8.  Employment verifications<br>

Essential Skills & Experience:<br>
<br>
1.  Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - ADP is helpful<br>
2.  Ability to maintain confidentiality<br>
3.  Attention to detail - Accurate gathering of information.  Good communication and people skills.<br>
4.  Team player<br>
5.  Organizational skills<br>
