Avionic Instruments LLC is an internationally recognized leader in the design, development and manufacture of advanced airborne-qualified power conversion and control equipment. We currently have an outstanding temporary (with the possibility of becoming permanent) opportunity for an experienced Billing/Customer Service Clerk. The ideal candidate will be a self starter who can work both independently and in a team environment. The successful incumbent will assist our customers by providing superior service and support.
Essential Duties:
• Autonomously participate in the customer fulfillment process
• Communicate with and update customers in a timely fashion on the status of equipment orders and repairs.
• Perform extensive data entry in both MS Word and Excel.
• Also assume roles on special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Admin Supervisor.
The successful incumbent will have:
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Customer Service and Billing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented focus with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Experience in successfully working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically with MS Word and Excel.
