Sr. Mgr, Commercial Operations Business Analytics(B574) (Branchburg, NJ)
Responsible for developing and maintaining the business processes, metrics, analytics, forecasting and business modeling in support of Commercial Operations. Responsible for consistent and accurate maintenance of input, output and assumptions related to forecasting and product demand management, incoming tissue forecasting, donor release to production forecasting, as well as market data and special business development projects.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develops, maintains and improves key business processes in support of Commercial Operations internal business systems (i.e. demand management with marketing/sales, production planning with Production, and donor release systems).
•Acts as the process owner of the overall forecasting process working in conjunction with marketing, sales and customer support as well as functions outside of Commercial Operations.
•Develops, maintains, monitors and improves key metrics to optimize business performances.
•Develops, maintains and improves systems to compile aggregate and individual TRP metrics for the Tissue Services portal of the Company Corporate website. Creates monthly metric reports and graphics pertaining to each individual TRP program for distribution to TRP as well as internal use. Identifies trends in activity and suggests mechanisms for improvement.
•Develops, maintains and improves systems related to TRP usage of the web portal; driving the efficient use of the portal for information gathering and dissemination, and TRP-related business systems.
•Manages all databases related to Tissue Services Compliance function; analyzes data and reports same to Manager Compliance and Tissue Services Directors.
•Establishes and maintains master data in the Oracle ERP System.
•Responsible for overall data accuracy and change control for Oracle related to Commercial Operations business systems.
•Directs the work of and supervises Tissue Services Analysts.
•Serves as primary Commercial Operations resource for the analysis and trouble-shooting of data and/or setup issues within the ERP system.
•Interfacing with IT, develops reports for functions within Commercial Operations as required.
•Communicates to staff, management and Senior Management Team as needed to ensure understanding, efficiency and alignment of business systems.
•Supports ongoing deployment and improvement of Oracle applications. Serves on the implementation team as an expert resource for training and problem solving.
•Support business analytics associated with special projects in the areas of strategic planning and business development.
EDUCATION:
•BS degree in business or applied engineering.
•Master’s degree preferred
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•5 years of strong business analytics experience
•Understanding of forecasting processes
•Strong understanding of systems and associated processes
•Significant experience in market and business modeling
